cauliflour
white wine

cook the cauliflour in hot water then add to the chicken stuff.
enjoy. i made this up as i wrote it (im pretty proud of myself for that) so it might be ****. i dont know.
for butter chicken you need:
boneless chicken (try not to use full breasts...pieces are much better)
quarter cup or 50 gm of butter
turmeric powder
cumin seeds (powder will also do)
garlic paste
ginger paste
chopped green chilies
red chili powder
red onions, chops or grated
sour curd (1 full cup)
salt, sugar n pepper to taste...
coriander leaves
lemon juice
cornstarch
how to:
marinate the chicken with the sour curd and lemon juice and keep it aside for about an hour...
put half the butter in a skillet and melt...
fry the onions in it till golden brown....
put in the cumin, turmeric powder, chili powder, chopped chilies, garlic paste, ginger paste and mix well...
put in the chicken pieces...add salt n pepper to taste..
coat the chicken with the spice mix and pour water to cover all the chicken
cover and cook on medium heat for about fifteen minutes....
stir in the rest of the butter and chopped coriander leaves and a little corn starch to thicken the gravy....
cook uncovered for another five minutes...
serve hot with roti or rice...
for chicken masala, use olive oil in place of butter and do away with the sour curd. and also use garam masala along with the other spices....
try this
