Does anyone have low fat chicken recipes for me?

I am looking for some low fat chicken recipes. My hubbie is on a serious diet so he needs to eat well. If you have any other low fat recipes with beef or veal, I would love to get them too. I love ethnic foods so don't be shy to give me those as well as long as they are not too spicy.

Thanks alot! :)))Does anyone have low fat chicken recipes for me?

buy some boneless, skinless chicken and flatten it by pounding it then pepper it with white pepper (you could also use regular black pepper) and fry it in olive oil. this is simple, low fat, and tastes great.

or you could get some boneless, skinless chicken and put it in a pan with a little ice and cover it. cook it until it is done. keep a small amount of ice in there. it will brown and make sure it is no longer pink inside.
Chicken is naturally low fat.Remove the skin and don't fry in grease. Can substitute ground chicken in any receipe that calls for ground beef.It makes good meatloaf and meatballs.
