Any good baked or broiled chicken breast recipes?

I'd eat more of it if it wasn't so bland. Thanks!Any good baked or broiled chicken breast recipes?
Here's a simple one. Add salt and pepper to the chicken breast and place in a baking pan. To each breast add a dollap of sour cream and spread on top of the breast. Then add a generous sprinkling of italian bread crumbs on top of the sour cream. Bake as you would a plain chicken breast. The sour cream makes the chicken super moist, and if you use fat free or low fat sour cream it's also very healthy.Any good baked or broiled chicken breast recipes?

my fav way to cook chicken is to put it in a pan w/ zesty italian dressing. it is awesome. you could also marinate in the dressing for a few hours before hand. but you don't need to. im sure you could stick it in a baking dish w/ the dressing and throw it in the oven too.
Take 4 chx breasts (boneless, skinless) put in greased, shallow, 2qt baking dish.

Mix 16 oz picante sauce, 3 Tbls brown sugar, 1 Tbls mustard and pour over chx.

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

This is super easy (probably takes 5 minutes to mix up) and is very good. I serve on top of rice, cover with shredded lettuce and some cheese. Add sour cream, olives, or any other toppings of your choosing. This can be a low carb, fairly low cal supper that packs a lot of flavor - if you like Mexican-type foods.
I just went thru this last night. I had chicken breast and didn't know what to do with them....

Chicken Pot Pie

2 large chicken breasts grilled on the Foreman %26amp; lightly seasoned

1 can of cream of mushroom (I guess you can use cream of chicken also)

Steamed up some fresh celery, carrots in the microwave and sauted 1/2 of onion and mixed all that in with the chicken and soup....

Added some poultry seasoning and Adobo

1/2 c. milk

Made Jiffy drop biscuts mix and dropped them on top of the casserole

cooked for 15 min on 425

It was pretty good, I'd make it again, but only when it's cold outside, it was pretty much comfort food

Then there's the chicken strips, these are great:

flatten the chicken breast with kitchen hammer or whatever (I don't have one, so I use a rolling pin)

season lightly

dip in egg or milk, whatever is on hand

roll in fried onions (the can from the store)

Bake - yum, especially for the kids

Then my absolute favorite - I don't even know what its called:

Cook or Grill your chicken *very light seasoning

Fry some bacon and take out of pan,

reserve just a touch of the drippings, saute some sliced onions and 1/4 c. brown sugar.

Top the chicken with the bacon onion, brown sugar sauce and

eat like this, but my hubby likes this on a bun w/ lettuce, tomato and ranch dressing
Take a stick of butter and melt in and place it in an oven safe pan. Then take your Chicken brests and coat them in flour. place them in the pan with the butter. Cover it with Heavy wipping cream. (in a small carton) Cover with lemon juice and salt and pepper. then cover with Parmasian cheese and bake. After its cooked. (about 15 minutes or so) serve the chicken over Fettachinni noodles and use the sauce in the bottom of the pan. Makes a great Parmasian Chicken. Never had a complaint about it.
CHEESY BAKED CHICKEN

1 sleeve Ritz crackers

2-3 boneless breast of chicken

1 bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp pepper

1/2 or 1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

1 9x9 Pyrex pan

Crush the sleeve of Ritz crackers in a large bowl until it's fine enough to use as breading.

Add pepper, salt and parsley flakes to the Ritz cracker breading, then mix.

Thaw out the breast of chicken, then rinse briefly with water.

Roll each piece of chicken through the breading, then add the 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil to the bottom of the Pyrex pan. This to give it a little taste and to help it not stick to the Pyrex.

Whatever breading you have left, add it over the top of the pieces that are in the dish.

Sprinkle all of the shredded cheese over the chicken, then add more olive oil (1 tablespoon) to the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes iff chicken is still frozen, 30 minutes if thawed.

This works great with pork also, enjoy.

Always check to make sure when done that your meat is cooked through.
Bake it in stewed tomatoes with oregano sprinkled on top.

Bake the chidken all by itself first with whatever seasoning you want. The last 20 minutes of baking time pour the stewed toatoes on top and then sprinkle that with Oregano. Have a tossed salad with it.
