What are some quick and easy chicken breast recipes?

I'm babysitting and I need a recipe that the kids will like and is easy to make with an oven and/or stove.What are some quick and easy chicken breast recipes?

Chicken quesadillas would be great. Here's a recipe i found.


Kids love quesadillas because they can eat with their hands, but you may want to leave the jalapenos out of the little one's servings. The recipe makes one large quesadilla, make sure to increase the ingredients for each person. Serve with black beans and rice or with chili for a belly filling meal.





Chicken Quesadillas





Ingredients:





2 10-inch flour tortillas


2 tablespoons butter, softened


1 cup diced chicken


1/3 cup shredded monterey jack cheese


1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1/2 medium tomato, chopped


2 teaspoons diced onions


1 teaspoon diced canned jalapeno


1 slice bacon, cooked


1/4 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro


1 dash salt





For serving as toppings:





Sour cream


Guacamole


Salsa














Directions:





1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Spread half of the butter on one side of each tortilla.





2. Put one tortilla, butter side down, in the hot pan, then spread cheese and cut up chicken strips in the center of the tortilla, leaving about an each all the way around.





3. Sprinkle the tomato, onion, and jalapeno over the chicken and cheese.





4. Crumble the slice of cooked bacon and sprinkle it over the other ingredients.





5. Sprinkle the cilantro and a dash of salt over the other ingredients.





6. Top off the quesadilla with the remaining tortilla, being sure that the buttered side is facing up.





7. When the bottom tortilla has browned, after 45-90 seconds, flip the quesadilla over and grill the other side for the same amount of time.





8. Remove the quesadilla from the pan, and, using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the quesadilla three times through the middle like a pizza, creating 6 equal slices.





9. Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
If you have vegetable oil and a pot then you can just slice up the chicken breast into strips, coat both sides of the chicken with flour, salt, pepper or any other spice and put it into a pot of oil to deep fry them, they cook quickly and make easy chicken fingers/nuggets.





Then you can just check the inside to make sure they are fully cooked and find some dipping sauce.





Just watch the boiling oil and the kids! D:
4 chx breasts


1c rice (uncooked, not instant)


Can cream of mushroom soup


1c water


1c frozen mixed veggies


Pack of onion soup mix





In a large casserole dish, add rice. In seperate bowl, mix water and soup, add to rice. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle veggies around chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix directly on top of chicken breast (may look like a lot, but it s fine). TIGHTLY cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45-1hr until rice is tender.





The great thing about this is prep takes 10 minutes, and you are all done. One dish wonder!
Chicken and Rice





2-4 chicken breasts


1 stick margarine


1 c rice (not cooked, not minute rice)


1 can cream of chicken soup


1 can cream of mushroom soup


1 can cream of onion soup





Melt margarine in skillet, add rice and soups. Pour into a greased baking dish, place chicken on top and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and cook for 30 minutes.
Mix a packet of dry Ranch dressing mix with a cup of sour cream and a can of Cream of Mushroom (or chicken). Spread over chicken breasts and cook for about an hour, or until juices run clear. The chicken is good and you'll have a great gravy to spoon over rice or noodles. You can even do this with frozen chicken breasts - just cook about an hour longer.
Campbell's® 15-Minute Chicken %26amp; Rice Dinner

Grill: 15 minutes





Serves: 4











Ingredients:








1 tbsp. vegetable oil


4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts


1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)


1 1/2 cups water


1/4 tsp. paprika


1/4 tsp. ground black pepper


2 cups uncooked instant white rice *


2 cups fresh OR frozen broccoli flowerets











Directions:











Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned. Remove chicken.





Add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil.





Stir in rice and broccoli. Return chicken to pan. Sprinkle additional paprika and pepper over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat 5 min. or until chicken is done.





Tip: *For creamier dish, use 1 1/2 cups rice.

Try this :


Debone 2 whole chicken breasts. Cut in bite-size pieces. Dip in melted butter. Roll in seasoned bread crumbs (Italian seasoning with extra Parmesan cheese added). Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 36 bite-size.
Solo Chicken Breast and Bell Pepper





Ingredients


1 large boneless skinless chicken breast (4-6 ounce)


1/3 green bell pepper, stem and seeds removed


2 tablespoons olive oil


1 tablespoon dried basil


1 garlic clove, peeled and diced


1/2 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon lemon juice


1/2 cup white wine

Poppy seed Chicken - my kids love it.


Ingredients


Chicken breast, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ritz crackers and butter. For complete recipe, see reference. I like to serve mine over white rice.
shake n bake is always easy. you shake it, put it on a baking sheet and bake it. It's quick and the kids might have fun with you shaking the chicken in the bag and they come in lots of flavors.
put a bit of olive oil on it and season with whatever (I put italian seasoning blend, garlic powder, and red wine vinegar) then put on a baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees





serve with whatever veggie they want and a baked potato :)
Get some potato chips and crush them up in a plastic baggy. Then dip the chicken breast in some beaten egg and then dip them into the chip baggy and put them on a pan to go into the oven. 30 mins.
chicken fajita is tasty its a type of qesedilla with colorful pepers,mozzarella cheese,onions,and chicken in a soft taco bread.
Heat breasts in a skillet on the stove w/ button mushrooms, onions, can of tomatoes and black olives if desired. Delish and the whole dish only takes about 1/2 hour to cook
