Boneless chicken cutlets recipes

Are there any good ways to make Boneless chicken cutlets without breading them and using an egg? Also how do they make them when they use them for chicken cutlet heroes like from the pizza shop? I love chicken I just can鈥檛 eat eggs so I don鈥檛 buy them.Boneless chicken cutlets recipes?
BONELESS CHICKEN CUTLETS IN LEMON OR

SHERRY

1/4 c. flour, mixed with some paprika, garlic powder %26amp; pepper

6 chicken cutlets

2 tbsp. Puritan (canola) oil

1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced

1/4 c. lemon juice OR 1/2 c. sherry

Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder and pepper in quart size plastic bag. Shake 6 or so chicken cutlets in bag with above mixture until completely coated. Saute in a large frying pan on both sides in Puritan oil. Add a package of sliced mushrooms on top with 1/4 cup of lemon juice OR 1/2 cup of sherry. Cover and cook for twenty minutes. The former is lemon chicken and the latter is a more elegant, gourmet type. Both are quick and easy.

The ones that they made at the pizza shop use eggs, I would bet. They bread them, which includes dredging the chicken in flour, then dipping it in egg which is a binder, then putting the breading on. There is so much you can do with chicken. Just experiment. I only eat chicken, so I make it all the time. You can BBQ it in the oven. If you want it breaded, but with some seasoning, you can try shake and bake. You wet the chicken with water, put it in the bag they give you with the seasoning and crumbs and then shake it around. You put in on a cookie sheet and bake for the time on the box (i don't have one now, but i know the time is on there). There is another good pouch that is sweet and sour chicken. You get it in the international aisle. You soak the chicken in corn starch and soy sauce, saute until it is cooked, then add the packet (which adds some other things, like ketchup and sugar). Again, the directions are on the packet. Serve with rice and have a yummy meal. Chicken Kabobs where you marinate the chicken with peppers, onions, tomatoes, pineapples, etc in red wine vinegar, oil, and italian seasoning. Put it on sticks and cook. Chicken enchiladas are great too! Cook the chicken(pan fry) and then shred when cooked, put aside. Make sauce (2 cans of tomato sauce, chili powder to taste, and italian seasoning). Put some of the sauce into the chicken to moisten it and save the rest. Make yellow rice. When cooked, mix the rice and chicken until combined. Lay out tortilla shells. On the bottom of a casserole dish, put some of the sauce to coat the bottom. In each tortilla, put some of the chicken/rice mix, a little sauce, and a little shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up and place down in the dish. Repeat until done. Pour remaining sauce over the tortillas as sprinkle cheese on the top. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted. Enjoy! Hope you liked some of these. As I said, just try whatever and see what you like.
