What are some good recipes for chicken drum sticks?

I'm trying to change up the usual fried or baked routine. What are some recipes that I should try?

Sticky Chicken Drumsticks

SERVINGS

4 to 6

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Chinese barbecue sauce (Char Sui)

1/4 cup honey

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled, finely chopped

12 chicken drumsticks

2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

1. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a resealable storage bag to blend. Add chicken, seal bag, and toss to coat with sauce. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but preferably overnight.

2. Position rack 8 to 10 inches from broiler and preheat broiler.

3. Line a large, heavy, rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Transfer chicken and marinade to baking sheet and broil 25 minutes, turning occasionally and watching closely, or until chicken is cooked through and marinade glazes chicken.

4. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and serve. What are some good recipes for chicken drum sticks?
okay so put in a pot that is taller than it is wider and put in a tablespoon of oil and add chopped onion, celery, carrot and cook that over medium heat until the vegetables are soft and the onion is transparent, then add minced garlic about a tablespoon. then add some ground toasted cumin, ground coriander and cook for a minute. then add 3-5 chicken drum sticks and add enough water to cover and a bit more then add a bay leaf. then bring it to a boil and bring to a simmer. cook for about 1-2 hours or until the chicken is cooked through. Get all the meat off of the bones, add the meat to the now soup and serve with some possibly green onion sliced as a granish.
Deviled Chicken Drumsticks

Serves 6

45 minutes total

12 chicken drumsticks (2 1/2 to 3 lb total)

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

3/4 cup panko (Japanese bread crumbs)

3/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1 1/2oz)

3/4 teaspoon cayenne

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 450掳F with rack in upper third.

Pat chicken dry, then toss with mustard until evenly coated.

Stir together panko, cheese, cayenne, and 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper. Drizzle with butter and toss.

Dredge each drumstick in crumb mixture to coat, then arrange, without crowding, in a buttered large 4-sided sheet pan. Roast until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature
wash and dry the chicken legs. place them in a large zip lock bag with a marinade made of 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, 4 cloves garlic chopped finely, 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, dry oregano and dry mint. let sit over night in the fridge. you can cook them on the bbq, in the oven, in a skillet, or under the broiler. baste the chicken with marinade for the first 15 minutes of cooking time. throw out excess marinade. serve with rice and salad.
I like the recipe for the spicy chicken drumsticks listed in the other answer. Here are some ideas you might enjoy as well:

1. Separate skin from leg without removing. Mix together 1 T kosher salt, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning, 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp fresh grated black pepper. Liberally rub the mixture into the meat uinder the skin and put the rest on the outside. Place in single layer in baking dish and add 1/2 cup white wine to bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked thru, basting occasionally.

2. Season legs liberally with kosher salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce and continue baking for another 15 minutes or until cooked thru.

3. Stew your legs in a mixture of: 1 box chicken broth, 1/2 yellow onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 Tsp thyme, 1 T kosher salt, 1 tsp fresh ground pepper, 1 stalk celery cut into 3rds, 1 carrot, cut into thirds. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Remove legs from broth. Remove skin, and shred meat. Strain broth and return meat to broth. Season to taste. Add 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, 1 jar canned mushrooms (or 1 cup sliced mushrooms), 1 large potato, cut into cubes, and bring to a boil. Cook until potato is tender and veges are done. To liquid add a slurry of 2 T corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water. Stir to thicken. Make dumplings Bisquick or your own: 1 cup flour mixed with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 T chopped parsley, 3/4 cup milk. Place by spoonful on top of boiling liquid and cover. Cook for 10 minutes and remove cover. Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
Marinate drumsticks in italian salad dressing, then grill on low heat for 20 minutes turning occasionally.
