Lipton make a soup/herb mix that you combine chicken, potatoes and carrots. It's really good. It's called Lipton Savory Herb %26amp; Garlic. It's where your onion soup mix is in your store. You add a tablespoon of olive oil and some water to the mix and bake it for 40 minutes. I use boneless, skinless chicken, so I throw in the veggies first for 20 minutes, then add the chicken for the last 20. This serves a family of 4 and I always add more vegetables than what the recipe calls for because there's more than enough 'mix' to coat everything.
Lowfat Baked Chicken

INGREDIENTS

* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

* 4 cups plain non-fat yogurt

* 2 cups cornflakes cereal

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Crush the cornflake crumbs between 2 pieces of wax paper.

3. Dip the chicken breasts in the yogurt, coating both sides. Roll in crushed cornflake crumbs to coat all sides, then place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Buy a bag of frozen, boneless chix breasts. Marinate a couple in fat free Zesty Italian dressing and bake, or if you have like a Foreman grill, cook them on it. Eat one and freeze one for later. Pop into Microwave when ready to eat frozen one.

Make 2 with barbecue sauce, (use sparingly if you're on a diet). Bake or grill, eat one freeze one.

Make 2 with season salt (sparingly). Bake or grill. Eat one, freeze one.

You can come up with lots of options, but cooking method is lowest in fat when grilled. Hope this helps.
