Sesame Ginger Chicken Recipes?

Do you have a good recipe ??(Not Grilled, I do not have one)Sesame Ginger Chicken Recipes?
4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves


2 tsp. grated ginger


1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted


Thin green onion strips (optional)


Vegetable cooking spray


2 tbsp. honey


2 tbsp. soy sauce





Combine sesame seeds, ginger, honey, and soy sauce in a small bowl; stir well and set aside. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap, and flatten to 1/4 inch thickness, using mallet or rolling pin.


Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium hot coals. Place chicken on rack and cook 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture. Transfer chicken to a serving platter; garnish with green onion, if desired

Korean Sesame Chicken Wings





1陆 lbs. chicken wings, cut in half and tips removed


2 Tbsp. all purpose flour


1/4 cup cornstarch


3/4 tsp salt, optional


2 Tbsp. sugar


1陆 tsp sesame seeds, toasted


1 clove garlic, minced


1 scallion, chopped


1 egg, beaten


2 Tbsp. soy sauce


陆 cup peanut oil, for frying





Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients, except oil in a bowl. Add chicken, turn to coat, cover and marinate wings in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight. Remove wings, pat dry and discard marinade. Deep fry about 4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Sesame Chicken Strips





6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves


1 cup sour cream


1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger


1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 lemon, juiced


2 teaspoons celery salt


2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper


2 cloves garlic, minced


1 cup dry bread crumbs


1/3 cup sesame seeds


4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted





Lightly grease a 15 by 10-inch jelly roll pan. Cut chicken crosswise into 1/2-inch strips. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, ginger, lemon juice, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well. Add chicken to mixture, coat well, and cover. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Remove chicken strips from sour cream mixture. Roll in crumb mixture, coating evenly. Arrange in single layer in prepared pan. Spoon butter evenly over chicken. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.

Spicy Ginger Garlic Chicken





4 cloves garlic, minced


1-1/2 tsp grated ginger (I have used powdered)


1/2 tsp salt


1/4-3/4 ground red pepper


1/4 tsp black pepper


1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


1/4 tsp ground cardamom


1 TBSP catsup


1 TBSP red wine vinegar


1 tsp water


8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)


garnish: sesame seeds (optional)





In a small bowl, combime all ingredients except chicken. Mix well. Brush both sides of each chicken breast and bake uncovered in a 375掳 oven for 45-50 minutes or until no longer pink. Works well on the grill also. Sprinkle w/ sesame seeds and serve.

Speedy Chicken Stir-Fry





8 oz. angel hair pasta (capellini), uncooked


2 cups small broccoli florets


1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips


1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing


2 Tbsp. soy sauce


1/4 tsp. each: ground ginger, garlic powder, crushed red pepper


1/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts











COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time.


MEANWHILE, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.


DRAIN pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly. Spoon evenly into four serving bowls; sprinkle with the peanuts.
GINGER SESAME CHICKEN WITH BABY SAGE


POTATOES





Marinade:





1/4 cup wine vinegar


1 tablespoon soy sauce


1/4 cup olive oil








Chicken and Potatoes:





6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves


1 cup Paul Newman's Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 shallot, chopped (optional)


sea salt and pepper, to taste


olive oil spray


6 baby potatoes


rubbed sage





Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes in wine vinegar, olive oil and soy sauce. Discard marinade.


Place chicken in an ovenproof baking dish and brush generously with 1/2 cup Newman's Own Low-Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing. Sprinkle with minced garlic and shallot.





Scrub baby potatoes and remove eyes. Quarter or cut into halves (depending on size) and spray with olive oil spray, then sprinkle with a light dusting of rubbed sage, sea salt and pepper. Arrange potatoes around chicken in baking pan. Spray potatoes with additional olive oil spray during cooking if they become dry.





Roast at 325掳F for 20 minutes, then baste with remaining Sesame Ginger Dressing; turn oven to 375掳F and continue to cook until juices run clear, about 10-15 minutes more (depending on size of chicken pieces).
Quick Sesame Ginger Chicken





Ingredients:


1 1/2 tb Sesame seeds, toasted


1 tb Grated fresh gingerroot


3 tb Low sodium soy sauce


3 tb Honey


6 4 oz. skinned, boned chicken


Veg. cooking oil





Instructions:


Combine first 4 ingredients.





Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap and flatten to


1/4'; thickness, using meat mallet or rolling pin. Brush half of soy sauce


mixture over chicken, coating both sides.





Coat grill rack with cooking spray, place on grill over med-hot coals.


Place chicken on rack, grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is


done, turning and basting frequently with remaining soy sauce mixture

one tablespoon ginger root or powder


1 small onion chopped


one cup sugar


black pepper to taste mix all this and put in your chicken


marinate the chicken for at least 24 hours


cook. you can fry , bake , broil, grill,or put on a fire.


you can add sesame seed or green onions.

This sesame seed chicken recipe is baked, with chopped onion, sesame seeds and oil, garlic, ginger, and other spices and seasonings.


INGREDIENTS:


4 to 5 pounds chicken parts


1/2 cup sesame seeds


1/4 cup vegetable oil


1 tablespoon sesame oil


1/4 cup finely chopped onion


2 teaspoons salt


1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom


1 large clove garlic, minced

Sauce:

1 tablespoon cornstarch


1 cup water


PREPARATION:


Wash chicken pieces and pat dry. Put chicken pieces, skin side down, into a shallow broiler pan. Combine sesame seeds, vegetable oil, sesame oil, chopped onion, salt, ginger, cardamom, and minced garlic in a separate bowl.

Brush some of the sesame seed mixture on the chicken. Bake chicken at 350掳 for 30 minutes, basting frequently with sesame seed mixture. Turn and continue to bake and baste for another 30 minutes. Put under broiler to brown, turning once. Serve with sauce made from pan juices, instructions below.

Remove chicken pieces from pan. Blend 1 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1 cup of water. Stir cornstarch mixture into pan drippings. Cook, stirring, until sauce is thickened.


Serves 4.
