I like it just boiled with some sprinkled salt. You can go to www.foodnetwork.com for some really good and mouth watering chicken and any recipes you want. I am sure it is good.
The favorite I make at my house is chicken with a parm and thyme crust. Start with cutlets, dust them in flour, then coat them in an egg you have beaten with a fork. Mix together 2 cups bread crumbs, 1 cup grated parm, zest of 1 lemon, tbs of fresh thyme leaves in a dish and coat the chicken in the mixture. I sear the outsides of the chicken at med-high heat and then put them in the oven at 350 for 15 or so minutes. I like to put them on a cooling rack in the oven so the crust on the bottoms is crispy. Goes great with green beans. Also works on pork chops
Hmm, ok my favourites include, Chicken Parmigiana, garlic and s%26amp;p marinated chicken (left overs are perfect for chicken, lettuce, mayo sandwiches the next day, chicken pesto pasta, tomato based pasta/cous cous with olives, artichokes and other marinated stuff, kievs, cordon bleu, crunchy chicken strips, chicken caesar - oh the list goes on!!, OOH last is my chicken version on Sang chow bao (spelling??) I cook the chicken (marinated in honey soy or whatever -go thai even?)and wrap it in lettuce with grated carrot, sweet chilli sauce and a tiny dribble of mandarin juice (from tin mandarins) and then serve with extra segments of the mandarins (sounds crazy but is so good).
I love tomatos so my favorite recipie is chicken, a can of chopped tomatos, a few beans, garlic, and chili powder. I always serve it with rice... yummy. Its go a spanish type flavour which I love. I just brown the chicken then add the rest %26amp; simmer for 20 minutes.
Flatten some chicken breasts with a mallet. Dredge them in flour, saute them, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Saute some mushrooms and garlic, (onions would normally go in here too). When the mushrooms are cooked deglaze the pan with a little marsala wine (red wine would work here too, but it won't taste the same) then add some chicken stock. Let it reduce untill it gets thick and delicious. Serve the chicken with the sauce.

Or

flatten some chicken breasts with a mallet. put some ham and swiss cheese on top then roll it up. Then either bake the chicken, or bread it and fry it. Serve with honey mustard.

When was the last time you ate onions? If it was not recently I think you should try eating some again. You might like them cooked or something. Onions are typically used in everything, because they add alot of flavor. Depending on the type of onion, and how they are cooked, they can be very sweet, and delicious.

My mom has made this recipe for like years........ and its awesome. She always serves it at parties and everyone LOVES it... including me! Its super simple and i guarantee if you try it you will love it too!

You can marinate it for a few hours .. up to a day ....... the longer you let it marinade the better it is! ... I usually cook this chicken on the grill, but its also really good in the oven! When the chicken is done marinading cook the marinade and use to dip your chicken in or just drizzle over all of the chicken on the serving platter!!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup margarine

1/2 cup vinegar (apple-cider)

1/4-1/2 cup honey........ i like to put 1/2c

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. dried marjoram (If you don't have any on hand just skip it)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Heat until butter is melted.

Pour over 10-12 pieces of chicken... for 15 minutes- up to over night

Grill chicken....... and baste while doing so...

OR

Bake at 325 until no longer pink in the middle

Enjoy its so yummy!!!

Also... you can scale the recipe down of course if you aren't having a bunch of people over and just want it for a piece or two of chicken!
Cajun chicken is good. Sprinkle Cajun spice of your chicken breast and grill. Its easy, not a lot of prep involved.
Walnut-crusted chicken:

4 chicken breasts

creamy honey-mustard salad dressing

1 cup crushed walnuts

1/2 cup breadcrums

1 tsp basil

Olive oil, salt, pepper

Combine the walnuts, breadcrumbs and basil.

Coat the chicken breasts with the thick salad dressing, then roll them in the walnut mixture. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake on a baking sheet at 375 for 20 minutes or so. Yum!
