Put the chicken in a crock pot, pour barbecue sauce over it and let it go! Can't get much easier than that and it's really good.

1 box stovetop chicken stuffing

2 cans concensed cream of chicken soup.

mix the stuffing mix in a bowl using hot water to melt the butter used in the recipe (use the microwave directions) but dont cook.

Stuff each chicken breast with the stuffing mix and place in a baking dish brush each breast with a small amount of butter and place in a 350 degree pre heated oven. while that is cooking mix (with a mixer) the 2 cans of condensed soup with on can of milk after the chicken has cooked for 30 minutes pour soup over and let cook for 30 minutes longer.

make mashed potatoes and use the soup as a gravy to put over the chicken and potatoes. (the soup will turn out like a gravy from cooking with the chicken)
chicken broccoli casserole

-put a layer of broccoli spears (cooked) on the bottom of a baking dish

-layer chunked (cooked) chicken on top

-mix 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (don't add water or milk) and 1 cup of miracle whip (no mayo must use miracle whip) and spoon over mixture evenly

-sprinkle bread crumbs on top

-sprinkle with curry

Bake 350 for about 40 minutes to heat through. It's done when it's bubbling. Remember everything is already cooked so you are just heating the ingredients. YUMMY!
Brown lightly in olive oil. Then place your chicken in a baking dish. Add either soya sauce or Kikkomans teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup of honey, 4 crushed and chopped garlic, and a few slivers of fresh peeled ginger. Bake 350, keep basting the chicken with the sauce. Adjust the amount of sauce to keep your chicken moist. Bake till the chicken is browned nicely.

Simply delicious..
Here is our simple and versatile family favorite for boneless breasts. healthy garlic chicken

Either chunk it, strip it or leave it whole, it doesn't matter.

For breading, your choice bread crumbs, crackers crushed, or my favorite salad croutons ran thru the food processor. No certain amount as it will depend on how much chicken you need to cover. Add to your crumbs some Parmesan cheese. I mix about 2 part crumbs to 1 part cheese. Add whatever seasonings you want to to this mixture. I like salt, pepper and some Cayenne for a kick.

Take one stick of butter and add about 1/4 olive oil to it, crush, mince or dice up several garlic cloves. You choose how you want to mush those up too, as it is a personal choice how much garlic you can handle. I like to mince mine but I use a lot! Add this to your butter/ oil mix and melt in the microwave to infuse the garlic into this ';liquid. You can also use just olive oil to be alittle more healthy. (I said it was versatile!)

Now take your chicken and stick in your ';liquid'; and coat well. then toss it around in your crumbs.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350. the length of time will depend on how you cut up your chicken. Full size breasts will take much longer than chunks or strips!

We love this recipe since we all like garlic and with the versatility of using what you have on hand to make it, you cant go wrong.

Enjoy.

GARLIC LEMON CHICKEN BREAST

2 tablespoons grated lemon rind (fresh)

4-5 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

olive oil

salt, pepper, garlic powder (for sprinkling)

4 sprigs Italian parsley

4 onion slices (sliced in thick rings)

heavy duty aluminum foil

Cut 4 rectangles of heavy duty aluminum foil, each about the size of 1/2 a standard cookie sheet.

Combine first 5 ingredients (this can optionally be done in a blender).

Spray (or brush) the 4 large rectangles of aluminum foil with olive oil. Place chicken in center; brush with lemon/garlic mixture, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lightly dust with garlic powder.

Place a slice of onion and a sprig of parsley over each. Fold up aluminum into a loose, square packet and crimp edges tightly to seal well. Place in a shallow baking dish or on the grill.

Bake at 350掳F for about 50-60 minutes (this depends on the size of each chicken piece).
