Help with healthy eating and healthy chicken recipes?

No garlic yuk!Help with healthy eating and healthy chicken recipes?
Eliminate the garlic from the recipe. Grilled chicken is always healthy. Check out the other recipes at wholefoods also.Help with healthy eating and healthy chicken recipes?
I will look at the healthy chicken recipes first.I like to know where the chicken has come from and the only place I know where I can be sure that the chicken has not been factory reared is Marks and Spencer's where you are given the name of the farmer and how the birds have been reared. Even so I notice that a lot of M %26amp; S chicken now says from British and European Sources..I look for British all the time. Factory reared hens are pumped up with hormones so that is why I avoid them. You cannot have a healthy recipe if the products you use are themselves not healthy. Given that the bird is healthy even so take the skin off, oven bake, casserole, stir fry. Healthy eating is just what we all know we should do. Low fat keep off the biscuits, cakes, pies, sweets (except good chocolate in moderation) protein from eggs fish lean meat(in moderation) loads of veg and fruit green tea glass or two of wine.
if you want good health garlic is best ingredients have in your cooking.
Chicken Cesar salad?

Buy spray oil (very healthy) cut up the chicken and use some herbs esp for chicken - you can find these in the spice section of any supermarket.

Put all the lettuce, onions, tomatoes, bagged salad such as rocket, spinach, orange peppers and anything else you want to add.

Put the hot chicken on top and either make your own croutons again cut up a slice of Nibble and use the spray oil or buy some.

I also add cheese that I have grated very finely.

Enjoy!
I am making this tonight.

Look at the chicken, hold your nose and gulp lots of air, it tastes just like the real thing without the calories and you get to make the chicken last for weeks, and then you can feed flies and maggots for a month or two, lovely.

Whole wheat muffins ( the type called english Muffins)

Some lightly boiled, skinned chicken breasts.

Chopped up raw veggies:lettuce as a base, red and yellow bellpeppers; tomatoes, black olives as garnishes.

Spread the toasted muffin with low-fat mayonnaise; sprinkle with a tiny bit of chilli pepper and garlic powder, make a sandwich from all the other ingredients, and top it all with feta cheese soaked in garlic and spiced olive oil. Very tasty and yummy.
Sauteed chicken with onions and whatever other veg you like. Olive oil has healthy fats and is full of flavor. For seasoning, you can use just salt and pepper or add herbs like basil, oregano, rosemary etc.
Poach chicken breasts, then if you can get some, try Asdas ';good for you'; cooking sauces. Low fat %26amp; really tastey
Try Durkee ';Grill Creations';, 15 minute marinade. Its in the envelope section of grocery store. They make several flavors %26amp; everyone of them is very tasty! They can be used for pork, beef as well as chicken.
