Anyone any grilled chicken recipes?

I am looking for a recipe that allows me to cook the chicken on an indoor grill (Hamilton Beach, similiar to George Foreman's grill). I am looking for a sweet and tangy or any other sort of recipe. Perhaps a yummy marinade. I'm open to ideas. I plan on making this with some wild or fried rice. Thanks in advance.Anyone any grilled chicken recipes?
It has been posted on this site many times...but my favorite is to marinate chicken in italian dressing and grill. It is very good.Anyone any grilled chicken recipes?
Marinade it in teriyaki sauce





or you can cut butterfly the chicken and place bacon inside it and cook it on the grill and the juices from bacon cook into the chicken...then just before it's done top it with your fav. cheese.......yummy





Catalina dressing makes a good marinade for chicken.





Marinade your chicken in some pineapple juice and ginger and a little soy sauce....grill chicken then serve on warm buns with lettuce and a pineapple slice.
We make this on the George Foreman, instead of turning just keep an eye on it. Usually cooks in about 18 minutes depending on the thickness of the breast. Cook until no longer pink and the juices run clear.





Honey Grilled Chicken


INGREDIENTS


2 tablespoons butter or margarine


1 clove garlic, chopped


1/3 cup honey


1 tablespoon lemon juice


4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


DIRECTIONS


Preheat a grill for medium heat.


Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, and cook until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in honey and lemon juice. Reserve half for basting, and brush the other half onto the chicken breasts.


Lightly oil the grill grate, and place chicken on the grill. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side, turning frequently. Baste often during the last 5 minutes. Chicken is done when the meat is firm, and juices run clear.
I found this out by accident and now we have it atleast once a week, sometimes with salad, or on rice or pasta or with chips is so good! and we do it on 'the George!'


Its so simple!


Just sprinkly with All Purpose seasoning. i know it sounds too simple or plain or boring. but i kidd you not, on the griller with tender juicy chicken it is such a simple easy sprinkle of heaven! please try it, i'm sure you will enjoy!

Ingredients:





鈥?4 boneless skinless chicken breast


鈥?1/2 lb of Mesquite Smoked Hormel Bacon


鈥?2 tbsp of Lawry's Season Salt


鈥?1 cup Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce


鈥?2 cups sliced mushrooms


鈥?1/2 cup onion, chopped


鈥?1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped


鈥?4 slices mozzarella cheese


鈥?4 slices American cheese


Method:





Sprinkle chicken breast with Lawry's seasoning salt. Place on grill cook over medium heat until done. Cook bacon in large skillet. When bacon is done drain skillet, leaving about 1 tsp of bacon grease. Place skillet back on stove on low heat and saute mushrooms, onions and peppers for approx 15 minutes or until tender. Place cooked chicken breast on baking sheet. Cover each breast with BBQ sauce. Place 2-3 slices of cooked bacon on each chicken breast and cover with sauteed mushrooms, onions and pepper, a slice of mozarella cheese and a slice of American cheese. Place cookie sheet with chicken back on grill just long enough to melt cheese.


Notes:





NOTE* It's faster if you cook bacon first, and then cook your mushrooms, onions and peppers while the chicken breasts are grilling. As soon as chicken is cooked you are ready to put all the ingredients on top and then right back to the grill.

Asian Grilled Chicken





Marinating Time: 1 hr.


Prep Time: 5 min.


Cook Time: 15 min.





INGREDIENTS:





1 3/4 cups Swanson庐 Chicken Broth


2 tbsp. soy sauce


1 tbsp. vinegar


1 tsp. sugar


1 tsp. garlic powder


1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper


4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves











DIRECTIONS:


MIX broth, soy, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder and red pepper in shallow nonmetallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Remove chicken from marinade.


GRILL or broil chicken 15 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with marinade.


HEAT remaining marinade to a boil and serve with chicken. Serves 4.


Swanson Kitchen Tip: This recipe is also great using Swanson庐 Natural Goodness鈩?or Certified Organic Chicken Broth in place of the regular chicken broth.
Italian Grilled Chicken


Ingredients


8 10-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


3/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing*


Hot cooked riceDirections


1. Place chicken in a heavy plastic bag set in a large bowl. Pour salad dressing over chicken. Close bag and turn chicken to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours or up to 48 hours, turning bag occasionally.


2. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.


3. Place chicken on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium** coals. Grill for 8 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade. Turn chicken and grill for 6 to 9 minutes more or until no pink remains and juices run clear. Serve with hot cooked rice. Makes 8 servings.


*Note: Reduce the fat by substituting fat-free Italian salad dressing for the regular Italian salad dressing.


**Note: To test for medium heat, you should be able to hold your hand over the heat at the height of the food for 4 seconds before having to pull away.
