Does anyone have a good Chicken Wings recipes?

(preferrably hot wings) I'll be baking them, not frying. How long do they have to cook for in the oven and at what temperature?

Thanks in advance!Does anyone have a good Chicken Wings recipes?
Bake the wings at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes making sure skin is crispy. The rest will depend on how many wings you are making but is very very simple. In a plastic container with lid put 1 part melted butter to 2 parts Frank's Hot Sauce, for example 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons sauce. After removing wings from oven and while still hot put in container close lid and shake until coated. This will give you Buffalo Wings like they ought to be...Does anyone have a good Chicken Wings recipes?
These are very different from the usual hot wings, but they are really delicious. For my family, they are actually too spicy, so I only use 1 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper. The dipping sauce helps cool the spice down...

*Spicy Chinese 5 Spice Wings with Cilantro Dipping Sauce*

40 chicken wing pieces or 20 whole chicken wings

2 tablespoons Chinese five-spice powder

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Creamy Cilantro Dipping Sauce, recipe follows

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

If you have whole chicken wings, cut off wingtips and cut the wings in half at the joint. Discard wingtips or freeze to make stock.

Place the wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle five-spice powder and cayenne on the wings; add generous pinches of salt and about 15 grinds of black pepper. Rub the mixture into all the wings until no more loose rub remains.

Line the wing pieces up on a baking sheet so the side of the wing that has the most skin is facing up. Roast until cooked through, browned and crispy, about 25 minutes. Serve hot with Creamy Cilantro Dipping Sauce.

Creamy Cilantro Dipping Sauce:

1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1/4 cup light sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup yogurt

1/2 lemon, juiced

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients to incorporate them fully and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
I dont like hot wings. but I do like this recipe...............

Crown Brand Original Chicken Wings

1/3 c Corn syrup

1/4 c Chicken broth

1/4 c Soya sauce

1 tb Lemon juice

1 c Garlic [clove] minced

3 lb Chicken wings

In pan mix first 5 ingredients. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Remove

from heat %26amp; cool. Put separated wings in plastic cooking bag and lay in

pan. Pour marinade over chicken wings and tie bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours

or overnight. Arrange chicken wings on foil lined baking sheet and spoon

half of marinade on wings. Bake in 400 oven for 30 min, turn wings and put

rest of marinade on and bake another 30 min. Baste occasionally.
INGREDIENTS

3 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded

1 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350* for about 35-45 minutes. Or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
I use the following recipe for my 'hot wings'..(see it below).....they are fixed on top of the stove....not fried or baked.

Same recipe for other variations

Good Luck %26amp; enjoy.

Pat in Indiana.

COLA CHICKEN

(And more variations of recipe)

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 cup catsup

1 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)

Put chicken in a non-stick pan.

Mix together catsup and cola, pour over chicken.

Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.

(turning chicken a few times, while cooking...to prevent from sticking to pan)

Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce

becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!

You can double the recipe and use more pieces of

chicken....wings...would be ideal...add some hot sauce....presto ';Hot Wings';!

I have used Ribs, just as good.

I tried this recipe with 'meatballs'....was equally

as good...served over rice.

I found another variation.....omit the catsup and add a small jar of Salsa (any variety).

I have tried using Salsa (omitting the catsup....not).

You'd think a recipe with only '3' ingredients couldn't be messed up....wouldn't you??

Well...while I was preparing to fix the 'Cola Chicken' recipe

using Salsa.....I was also trying to carry on a conversation with my

husband...(just proves...I can't do two things at once)....mixed Salsa %26amp; Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out the catsup) %26amp; Cola........still turned out really tasty (to me)...might be a little sweeter than some of you like.

I fixed chicken wings, (using the above recipe)

but...I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for ';HOT';) Buffalo Wings packet...(the kind you get to bake in the oven).....I thought it was really good.....(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken).

Finally....!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken......that's good , too.

Another (bright)idea.....I thought of trying......replace the

catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce...and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp.....!

Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce......eh...wasn't all that

great...was OK...probably won't be fixing it again.

Also tried beef stew cuts......that was pretty good.....I can see

myself making this again.

Served both over rice.....think the stew cuts would have been just as

good over noodles.

Try little cocktail weiners/sausages鈥or appetizers.
OMG this is my favourite....

and so easy. Baked as well. Just what you ordered.

Sprinkle chicken wings with lots of red tabasco - you could use other hot sauce also. Really wet them with the hot sauce.

Dip them into Shake and Bake barbeque for chicken.

Bake on a cookie sheet (line with tin foil is a good idea) according to direction on shake and bake package.

These will be saucy and hot. If you put them on glass pie plate in microwave they will take about 6 minutes.
