where does the stuffing go?
Portuguese chicken with lemon


1 chicken


4 garlic cloves chopped fine


2 cubes of knorr (chicken)


2 tbs of margarine


2 tbs. of oil any kind


1 lemon


salt %26amp; peper to taste





Wash the chicken very well in and out.


place it on a baking pan with the brest down


place the limon inside of the chicken


put all the ingridients over the chiken


cover with foil paper


bake for about 1陆 h.


after ready, with a fork, squeese the limon on the juice and steer very well


cut the chicken and let it stay for 10 minuts in the juice and serve with stuffing or scalloped potatoes


and vegetables, any kind.
